Tomato Cheela Recipe
PREPARATION TIME - 10 mins
COOKING TIME - 10 mins.
INGREDIENTS
1. Onion - 1 medium
2. Gram flour (besan) - 1 cup
3. Curd - 2 tablespoon
4. Tomatoes - 4
5. Ginger garlic paste - 1/4 teaspoon
6. Cumin seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
7. Green chili - 3 finely chopped
8. Coriander leaves
9. Red chilli powder - 1/2 teaspoon
10. Chilli flakes - 1 teaspoon
11. Oil - as per need
12. Salt - as per need
METHOD
1. Grate the tomatoes and onions. Take besan in a bowl. Add salt, cumin seeds, chilli flakes, red chilli powder, green chili and mix well.
2. Add the grated tomato, onions, ginger garlic paste, curd and coriander leaves. Add water little by little and make a paste.
3. Heat oil on a non-stick pan. Spread the mixture. Cook both the sides till it gets light brown. Similarly prepare all the cheelas.
Serve the healthy cheela with tomato chutney!
