PREPARATION TIME - 10 mins COOKING TIME - 30 mins. INGREDIENTS 1. Peas 2. Potatoes - 2 3. Onions - 2 4. Ginger garlic 5. Green chili - 2 6. Tomato - 2 7. Salt - as per need 8. Turmeric 9. Coriander powder 10. Red chilli powder 11. Whole cumin 12. Cloves - 4 13. Asafoetida 14. Garam masala 15. Bay leaves 16. Cooking oil - 3-4 tablespoon METHOD 1. Clean and grind the peas. Chop potatoes in small pieces. Grind onions, ginger, garlic and green chili. 2. Heat oil in a pan. Fry chopped potatoes. Take them out in a plate. Saute cumin, cloves, asafoetida, bay leaves. Add onion paste when it gets light brown. 3. After frying for 1-2 mins. add chopped tomatoes. After tomatoes gets soft, add salt, turmeric, coriander powder, red chilli powder. Fry well. 4. When spices start leaving oil, add grinded peas. Fry for 5 minutes on medium flame and then add water. 5. Add fried potatoes....
