Aloo Fry Recipe | Potato Fry
PREPARATION TIME - 3 mins.
COOKING TIME - 5 mins.
INGREDIENTS
1. Sliced Potatoes - 2 large
2. Besan (gram flour) - 2 tablespoon
3. Salt
4. Turmeric
METHOD
1. Peel the potatoes and cut in round shape. Keep them for 2 mins in water.
2. Prepare a batter of besan in a bowl. Add besan, salt, turmeric and water to prepare batter. If you wish you can also add ginger garlic paste as per your taste.
3. Now take the sliced potatoes out in a plate. Heat oil in a pan. Dip the sliced potatoes in the batter. Fry the potatoes till they turn brown. Turn the heat to medium. Take out all the fried potatoes in a plate.
Serve the delicious aloo fry with tea!


Nice for being used as add on in a meal.
