Baingan/ Eggplant Fry Recipe

INGREDIENTS
1. Round brinjals / baingan
2. Besan
3. Ginger garlic + green chilli paste
4. Turmeric
5. Salt
METHOD
1. Clean the brinjal well and cut it into rounds.
2. Take a bowl and add 4 tablespoon of besan and water for batter. (Batter should be of medium consistency)
3. Now add ginger garlic paste, turmeric and salt as required and mix well.
4. Heat oil in a pan. Dip the brinjal rounds in the batter and fry in the pan.
You can sprinkle chaat masala and Lemon or enjoy it as it is.
Your yum brinjal fry is ready!
