Chinese Fried Rice (using leftover rice)
PREPARATION TIME - 5 mins.
COOKING TIME - 5 mins.
INGREDIENTS
1. Cooked rice
2. Chopped onions - 1 medium size
3. Chopped capsicum - 1
4. Carrot
5. Peas
6. Green chillies - 2
7. Chilli sauce
8. Soya sauce
9. Vinegar
10. Salt
11. Chings schezwan sauce
12. Ginger
13. Cooking oil
METHOD
1. Finely chop all the green veggies. Heat oil in a panpan and add chopped onions, green chillies and ginger. Saute for 1 mins. Now add all the chopped veggies and fry for 2 mins. Turn the flame high.
2. Once the veggies seem cooked, turn the heat down. Add soya sauce, chilli sauce, 1/4 teaspoon vinegar, schezwan sauce and salt and stir well.
3. Now add the cooked rice and mix well. Turn down the flame. Cover the lid for 1 min.
Turn off the flame.
The appetizing Chinese fried rice is ready!
