Dry Mutton Recipe

PREPARATION TIME - 15 mins. 
COOKING TIME - 20 mins. 

INGREDIENTS 
1. Mutton - 500g 
2. Sliced onions - 4 large 
3. Ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
4. Dry spices - cumin, clove, black pepper, bay leaves 
5. Curd - 1 tablespoon
6. Salt - as per taste
7. Turmeric - 1/2 teaspoon
8. Coriander powder 
9. Red chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
10. Kashmiri red chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
11. Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
12. Green chilli - 2 
13. Mutton masala - 1/2 teaspoon
14. Coriander powder
15. Cooking oil 

METHOD 
1. Take clean fresh mutton in a bowl. Add onions, ginger garlic paste, cumin, cloves, black pepper, red chilli powder, kashmiri red chilli powder, salt as per taste, turmeric, coriander powder, 2 tablespoon mustard oil, bay leaves, curd and mix well. Cover it and keep aside for 5 mins. 

2. After 5 mins. put the mix mutton in a cooker. Turn the heat to medium. After 2 whistles when it cools down, fry the mutton on low heat. Add mutton masala in it. 

3. While frying keep checking the mutton whether it's cooked well or not. When it gets fried, the spices will start separating from oil. 
Add 1/2 teaspoon garam masala. 

4. Take out the dry mutton in a bowl. Garnish with coriander leaves, sliced onions , green chilli.
