Easy Bread Omelette Recipe
PREPARATION TIME - 2 mins.
COOKING TIME - 5 mins.
INGREDIENTS
1. Eggs - 5
2. Bread
3. Finely chopped onions - 1 large
4. Finely chopped tomato - 1 large
5. Green chilli - 3
6. Coriander leaves
7. Salt
8. Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
9. Black salt
10. Chings schezwan sauce (optional)
METHOD
1. Break 4-5 eggs in a bowl. Beat the eggs. Now add finely chopped onions, tomatoes, green chillies, coriander leaves, black pepper, salt as per taste and mix well.
2. If you want you can cut the bread from all four sides. Heat oil in a pan. Turn down the heat. Dip the bread slices in the beaten eggs and cook in the pan.
3. Keep the flame on medium. When omlette seems cooked, take out in a plate. Sprinkle black pepper and black salt.
Tip - You can also try it with chings schezwan sauce.
