Egg pakore / Egg fritters Recipe
PREPARATION TIME - 10 mins.
COOKING TIME - 5 mins.
INGREDIENTS
1. Boiled Eggs - 8
2. Besan / Gram flour
3. Red chilli powder - 1 Teaspoon
4. Freshly ground black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
5. Finely chopped onions - 1 medium
6. Finely chopped Green chilli - 2
7. Chaat masala - 1 teaspoon
8. Salt
9. Cooking oil
METHOD
1. Make 2-3 holes in the boiled eggs so they don't split while frying. Now put black pepper and salt on top of the eggs and mix them while stirring.
2. Take a bowl and add besan, turmeric, red chilli powder, green chilli and salt and mix well. Now prepare a batter by adding little water.
3. Heat oil in a pan. Slow down the heat. Now dip the eggs in the batter and fry them till it becomes light brown. Similarly fry all the eggs. 4. Sprinkle some chaat masala on it.
