Healthy Poha Recipe
PREPARATION TIME - 5 mins
COOKING TIME - 10 mins.
INGREDIENTS
1. Poha - 500g
2. Onions - 2 medium
3. Potato - 1
4. Cauliflower
5. Peas - 1/2 cup
6. Carrot - 1
7. Garlic - 1/4
8. Green chilli - 2
9. Lemon
10. Coriander
11. Chaat masala
12. Black pepper
13. Cooking oil
METHOD
1. Finely chopp all the veggies ( potato, cauliflower, peas, carrot, onions, garlic, green chilli).
2. Put oil in a frying pan and add mustard seeds, green chilli, garlic and all the chopped veggies. Saute on slow flame and cover the lid.
3. Meanwhile, soak poha in water. Squeez out water and keep aside.
4. Add the soaked poha once the veggies are fried and mix well. Add salt as required. Slow down the flame and cover the lid.
5. Squeeze some lemon. Sprinkle chaat masala and black pepper. Garnish with coriander leaves.
