Masaledaar Fried Fish Recipe

PREPARATION TIME - 5 Mins
COOKING TIME - 10 Mins. 

INGREDIENTS
1. Rohu Fish - 1/2 kg 
2. Turmeric + garlic + Green chilli paste 
3. Salt
4. Turmeric
5. Cooking oil - 4 tablespoon
6. Coriander 

METHOD 
1. Clean the fish well. Take a bowl. Add fish, turmeric, salt as per taste and paste of garlic, turmeric and green chilli. Cover the bowl and put it aside for 1-2 mins. 
2. Heat oil in a frying pan. Turn the heat to medium once oil is hot.
3. Fry the marinated fish. Garnish it with coriander. 
Serve the delicious Masaledaar fried fish as starter.
