Mix Vada Recipes

INGREDIENTS
1. Poha - 1 cup 
2. Boiled potatoes - 2 
3. Bread - 2 slices 
4. Salt
5. Turmeric
6. Chopped green chilli 
7. Chopped garlic
8. Coriander
9. Cooking oil 

METHOD 
1. Soak the poha in water and press it out. Repeat the same with bread slices. 
2. Take two boiled potatoes in a bowl. Add all the ingredients - Poha, bread, salt, turmeric,green chilli, garlic, choppee coriander leaves and mix well. . Make it like a round tikki. 
3. Heat oil in a frying pan. Fry the vadas on medium heat.
