Papad Ki Besan Kadhi

Preparation Time - 10 Mins.          Servings - 4
Cooking Time - 15 Mins

INGREDIENTS
1. Besan (Gram flour) - 1 Cup
2. Dahi (Curd) - 2 Cups
3. Lijjat Papad - 2 
4. Salt 
5. Turmeric 
6. Mustard seeds 
7. Asafoetida
8. Curry leaves
9. Dry red chilli 
10. Mustard oil
11. Coriander

METHOD

1. Take a bowl, add besan and dahi and mix well.
2. Roast 2 papads.
3. Now Boil the mixture for 10 mins. Add a pinch of turmeric and salt as required. Lower the flame and keep stirring. 
4. Now crush the roasted papads in the curry. Turn off the flame. 
For Tadka 
5. Heat 1 tablespoon mustard oil in a pan. Add Asafoetida, mustard seeds, curry leaves, dry red chilli . Add the tadka in the curry. 
6. Garnish it with coriander. 
Papad ki kadhi is ready to serve.
