Rava Idli Recipe

PREPARATION TIME - 10 mins. 
COOKING TIME - 15 mins. 

INGREDIENTS
1. Sooji (semolina) - 2 cups
2. Dahi - 2 cups
3. Salt - 1/2 teaspoon 
4. ENO - 1/4 teaspoon 
5. Water - 1/4 cup 
6. Oil 
7. Idli stand

METHOD
1. Take 2 cups of sooji in a bowl. Add 1/2 cup of dahi. Add water and mix well. 
2. Batter should not be too thin. Cover the bowl and keep it aside for 5-10 mins. There should be no lumps while preparating the batter. 
Sooji (semolina) soaks water so add water according to your batter. 
3. Add ENO fruit salt or baking soda in the batter just before making idlis. 
4. Put the batter on the oiled idli plate. Let it steam for 15 mins. on medium flame. Turn off the flame after 15 mins. 

Serve the flavorous rava idli with sambhar and nariyal chutney!
