Sooji ka Cheela (Chilla) Recipe

PREPARATION TIME - 10 mins. 
COOKING TIME - 10 mins. 

INGREDIENTS
1. Sooji (semolina) - 2 cups
2. Curd - 1/2 tablespoon
3. Salt 
4. Capsicum - 1 finely chopped
5. Green chillies (optional) 
6. Tomatoes - 1 finely chopped
7. Onions - 1 finely chopped
8. Coriander leaves 
9. Cooking oil


METHOD
1. Take semolina (sooji) in a bowl. Add 1/2 tablespoon curd, salt as required and water and mix well. Make sure there should be no lumps. Cover the lid and keep aside for 10 mins. 

2. After 10 mins. add water in the sooji as per requirement. Batter should not be of thin consistency. Add all the veggies. 

3. Heat non- stick pan Or tawa. Turn down the heat. Heat 1/2 teaspoon oil. Spread the batter on the pan. Turn after a while. Keep the flame on medium. 

Serve with dahi ki chutney or with your fav dip!
