Veggie Sandwich Recipe

PREPARATION TIME - 5 mins. 
COOKING TIME - 5 mins. 

INGREDIENTS
1. Bread 
2. Yogurt -  4 tablespoon
3. Finely chopped veggies (capsicum, tomatoes, green chilli, carrot, coriander, cucumber) 
4. Chaat masala - 1/2 teaspoon 
5. Black salt - 1/2 teaspoon 
6. Salt - as per taste
7. Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
8. Red chilli powder - 1/2 teaspoon
9. Mayonnaise 
10. Butter 


METHOD
1. Take 4 tablespoon thick yogurt in a bowl. Beat well. Now add all the chopped veggies, salt as per taste, black pepper, black salt, red chilli powder and chaat masala and mix well. 

2. Take 2 bread slices. Cut from all four sides. Spread mayonnaise on it. Spread the veggie mixture over the mayo and put another slice on top. 

3. Now heat butter on a non-stick pan and toast the bread from both the sides. Take out the sandwich on a plate and sprinkle chaat masala and black salt. 

Tip - Try it with Schezwan saucesauce.
