Mooli Pakode | Radish Fritters

PREPARATION TIME - 10 mins
COOKING TIME - 10 mins. 

INGREDIENTS 
1. Radish - 3-3
2. Gram flour (besan) - 1 cup
3. Salt - as per taste
4. Turmeric - 1/4 teaspoon
5. Carom seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
6. Green chilli - 2
7. Coriander leaves - finely chopped
8. Ginger - 1/4
9. Finely chopped onions - 1 medium 

METHOD 
1. Wash and clean the radishes. Now grate them. Add onions, green chili, garlic, carom seeds, coriander leaves, turmeric, gram flour and mix well. If needed add water too. 

2. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the mixed radish like pakodas. 

Take out all the pakodas in a plate. 

Serve the Pakodas with green chutney and enjoy!
