Patta Gobhi Kheer | Cabbage Pudding

PREPARATION TIME - 5 mins. 
COOKING TIME - 20 mins. 

INGREDIENTS
1. Finely chopped cabbage - 1
2. Full Cream milk - 1/2 kg 
3. Sugar - as per taste
4. Green chilli - 1/4 teaspoon
5. Dry fruits

METHOD 
1. Boil chopped cabbage in 1 cup of water for 5-7 mins. Once it cools down, squeeze it out of water. Mash it well. 

2. Boil full cream milk and add chopped cabbage in it. Keep stirring on low flame. After 10-15 mins. when kheer thickens, turn off the flame. 

3. Add sugar as per taste, dry fruits and mix well. 

Flavoursome Patta Gobhi Kheer is ready!
