Ragi Cheela Recipe

PREPARATION TIME - 5 mins. 
COOKING TIME - 5 mins. 

INGREDIENTS
1. Ragi flour - 2 cups
2. Semolina - 1/2 cup 
3. Curd - 1 cup 
4. Onion - 1 
5. Carrot - 1 finely chopped
6. Capsicum - 1 finely chopped
7. Salt - as per taste
8. Green chili - finely chopped
9. Red chilli powder - 1/2 teaspoon
10. Ghee - 2 tablespoon
11. Turmeric 

METHOD
1. In a bowl, take semolina and ragi flour. Now add whipped curd and ginger garlic paste. 

2. Now add finely chopped veggies (onion, carrot, capsicum, green chili) and spices (red chilli powder, salt, turmeric) and mix well. 

3. Heat ghee in a pan. Spread the mixture on it. Cook from both the sides. 

Healthy Ragi Cheela is ready!
