Veg Soup Recipe

PREPARATION TIME - 5 mins. 
COOKING TIME - 20 mins. 

INGREDIENTS
1. Onions - 2 (finely chopped) 
2. Ginger 
3. Garlic 
4. Oil - 2 teaspoon
5. Cabbage - 1 cup finely chopped
6. Capsicum - 1/2 finely chopped
7. Carrot - 1 finely chopped
8. Beans - 4-5 finely chopped
9. Peas - 1/2 cup 
10. Sweet corn 
12. Water - 5 cup 
13. Salt - as per taste
14. Vinegar - 2 teaspoon
15. Mixed herbs - 1/2 teaspoon
16. Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
17. Corn flour - 1 teaspoon

METHOD
1. Heat 3 tablespoon oil in a pan. Saute ginger, garlic and onions. Add carrot, beans and capsicum and fry well. Then add cabbage, peas and sweet corn and saute for a while. 

2. Now add 3 cup water and salt as per taste. Cover the lid for 5 mins. and let it boil. 

3. Mix 1 teaspoon corn flour with water in a small bowl. Avoid lumps in the mixture. Add the mixture in the pan and keep stirring the soup. 

4. Let it boil for 3-5 mins. till it thickens. 

5. Add 1/2 teaspoon vinegar, mixed herbs and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper to make it tastier. Keep stirring. 

Healthy and delicious Veg Soup is ready!
